Warranty

Limited (1 year) Warranty

M K Dynan, Ltd. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the movement of your watch will be free from original defects in workmanship and material for one year from the original date of purchase.  Neither the retailer nor any other company involved in the sale or promotion of this product is a co-warrantor of this manufacturer's warranty.  If defective, the movement will be adjusted, repaired or replaced and if necessary the entire watch will be replaced with one of equal or greater value at our option.  M K Dynan, Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

PLEASE NOTE -- THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR WATCH:

1.  after the warranty expires;

2.  if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Time2Awaken retailer;

3.  if your watch is not accompanied by a copy of the original receipt which details the item and date purchased;

4.  from repair services not performed by an authorized Time2Awaken service center;

5.  caused by accidents, tampering with, misuse, or abuse of your watch;

6   caused by fire or other natural calamity; or

7.  bracelet or band, lens or crystal, watch case, attachments, crown or battery.

During the warranty period there is no charge for repair or replacement of your watch movement.  However, there is a US$10.00 charge for handling. For repairs or replacement of parts not covered by this warranty or after the warranty expires, prior to making the repair, you will be notified of the cost of repairs.  To obtain service, please carefully pack your watch along with a copy of your sales receipt, a detailed description of the issue you are encountering, your name, address, phone number, a check or money order for US$10.00 made out to Saltzman's Watches and More (to cover handling charges) and if available, an email address.
